Overweight & Obesity

At the beginning of my career, every kind of goal i was asked for challenged me as coach .

Obesity and Overweight, go far beyond the fundamental aesthetic change.

In my personal experience eating too much or a slow metabolism must not be considered the sole cause of the "weight gain".

I strongly believe  that the whole process should be performed only by a professionale trainer with a feedback of real and tangible achievements.

I've been following these cases for years, taking full advantage of my strong technical skills, my motivation, all my experience and the collaboration with various professionals.
