OVERCOME THIRD GRADE OBESITY

With time I had become obese.

I was advised that reducing the size of my stomach by 2/3 was the only possible solution.

I used to sleep in sitting position and I had been imposed the use of a breathing machine during night. Furthermore, the severe overweight condition provoked type 2 diabetes.

Everyday life was difficult too, overweight created difficulties in daily routines such as tying my shoes. I didn't think that other alternativees were possible, not until I met Matteo.

The images are self explicative, and the result goes far beyond the physical condition improvement. Only those who have or had weight issues can understand my words.

Thanks to Matteo I regained control of my life!

After few months, I can do things that were previously impossible.

My size went down from an XXL to M!
I am now full of energy and my attitude switched to positive.

August 5, 2013 ... MY BEGINNING begins!

Since I will never forget and mark my BREAKING!

Until that day I had tried everything to lose weight, but I never had a good result, exceeding 102 kg.
 
So it seemed impossible to get out of this physical psychic situation.
 
My husband tells me of a Coach that helps people like me to find ... themselves.
 
Matteo simply gave me the charge and the certainty that he could do it.

 I was a girl who liked it .. but she was happy !!


I was happy because: worker, wife, mother and ... gay !!

The price to pay for a dry physicist was, until then in my mind, too high and so ... so was it so!

Then one day ... Matteo walked in his eyes, and his slogan was engaging! I thought "mah .. I have nothing to lose, let's get to know this guy from the superficial fantasies ..." Expectations?! "Almost zero" !! Not because I did not trust him, which I had just known, but because I did not believe in me, that I had historically sprinkled all kinds of sports in less than a half! Nevertheless, I started and, as in the best stories in a happy end, turned into a wonderful path, made up and down ... tears ... sweat and so many, many achievements and great satisfactions !!

I learned that you can do something for yourself in just 45 minutes, always very intense but never excessive, and that goals are achieved with determination, commitment and balance, and in this Matthew is a special and indispensable guide!

All this and much more allowed my evolution and I really would not bet!

A NEW LIFE

Obesity is a disease that occurs over a prolonged period of time due to bad eating habits (the most frequent case) or for metabolic endocrine disorders and often results in severe cardiovascular complications and predisposes to various pathologies.

 
I'm a doctor and I know him all well.
I also know that being obese is a condition unwanted by the individual.
In my case, I have become obese since school age for both a hyper-nutrition and unhealthy diet and sedentary habits.
 
This situation has always been associated with social discomfort, often disguised by the circumstances in which I found myself, which often led me to isolation and find "comfort in food."
 
Despite my cultural and professional training and the various aids that have been tested for decades, everything has been of little use.
Over time, I realized that my physical psychic state was becoming less and less efficient and I adopted various strategies, primarily psychological (personal growth) that slowly changed my way of thinking about the lifestyle I was conducting and ...... in 2014, I got to know Matteo, a person with charisma and strong leadership.
With him, there has been a "psychological reset" that has led me to change my lifestyle and to lead a healthy diet as well as putting moderate weekly physical activity.
And now ... I am new to life with another physicality, much more energy and better physical psychic abilities that are reflected in both professional and private life.
With the hope that my story will be useful to many others, albeit reductive but with perpetual gratitude ......

You can not accept your body, but you can conquer it

I' v always lived with shame whatever it is about my body.

I never accepted and never believed that I could achieve results and especially keep them with serenity.

I had been an ever-wretched little girl, then a complex girl, then a girl mortified by her appearance. I did not accept my weight.

From before I followed the pediatric diets, then diet of the sports physician and also from the nutritionist.

I have had momentary results, characterized by renunciations, which led me to be always hungry, nervous and anxious.

Last year I happened accidentally at the gym where Matteo worked and I was assigned to him as a reference instructor.

So I started a path and applied her method and taught me how to live with serenity the relationship with food and workout.

I lost 11 kg, grabbing for me 45 minutes of workout after college, three times a week and feeding me healthier and more balanced.

I do not think I've ever had hunger and I did not give up on my favorite foods, give me a favor every now and then.

CHANGE YOUR HISTORY

Since my nursery I have always been much taller and chubby than all of my own


Comrades and I felt like it was too cumbersome. I've done so much sport and tried millions of diets. I slim down, but after a while I took back the lost pounds.

In September 2014, after a summer marked by a serious family problem, I decided to do something definitive to re-occupy my life and I rewrote in the gym I had just abandoned to find a girl in 2011. I already knew Matteo But not under this light! I started the journey with him and lost nearly 20 kg.

Today I love to workout constantly and eat healthy and well, giving me everything, even the sgarri. I have not started a single gram again, but I continue to lose weight, even though I am really satisfied with me now. I am a happy woman, mother and wife and my 172 cm for 63 kg I'm very proud!

I am no longer the girl who has felt uncomfortable for the rest of her life and has never had the courage to be photographed. Now let me take pictures also in costume! Thank you Matte!

I trained out of habit for years now, about four times a week.
I've always thought  ... more training equals more results.

Training with Matthew  changed my mind, being able to reduce both the Rep and duration of the workouts but including all his skills that with gave me the desidered result!

It seems crazy, but I'm in better shape now that I'm 40 years old than when I was 30 years old!
